How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your Fresh Feels account and its associated data in either of these ways:

• In the app: Profile → Delete account. Your request is registered immediately and you are signed out.
• By WhatsApp: message us from the phone number registered on your account so we can verify it's you.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in (phone number)
• Your profile: name, date of birth, height, weight, goals, allergies and dietary preferences
• Your delivery addresses and map locations
• Your meal selections, favourites, ratings, meal logs and notification tokens
• Your wallet balance, loyalty points and reward history

What we keep, and for how long

Records we are legally or contractually required to retain — payment and order records for completed transactions — are kept only as long as Bahraini commercial and tax rules require, dissociated from your deleted profile where possible. Everything else is removed.

Timing

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, we will contact you first about any remaining deliveries or wallet balance before completing the deletion.
